William A. Green, Jr. is a seasoned public servant, entrepreneur, and technology executive with a deep commitment to transforming government services through innovation. As the Founder and CEO of GovServe, William leads a pioneering civic technology company dedicated to helping elected officials and public agencies streamline constituent communication using AI-powered voice assistants, multilingual automation, and intelligent issue tracking.

A former Montgomery City Councilman, William brings firsthand knowledge of the challenges local governments face in serving diverse communities. He also served on the Board of Accountancy at Alabama State University.

William is also a founding board member of LEAD Academy Charter School and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Alabama Public Television, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to education and public engagement.

With a degree in Accounting from Alabama State University, William began his career in investment banking and quickly rose to lead technology transformation projects at SunTrust Bank, where he developed an award-winning mortgage securities processing system. His passion for innovation led him to Oracle Corporation and later to found William Delaney Consulting, which has delivered enterprise financial system implementations for Fortune 500 clients such as Delta, Motorola, and CSX, as well as government and military organizations.

In addition to his work at GovServe and William Delaney Consulting, William co-founded AI Automation Solutions, where he spearheads the development of AI tools like voicebots, chatbots, and workflow automation systems for small and medium-sized businesses.

William lives in Montgomery, Alabama, with his wife Marla and their two daughters. He is an ordained minister at Fresh Anointing House of Worship and remains deeply engaged in community, faith, and public service.
